All signers must be present, of sound mind, and have one of the following forms of ID: State-Issued ID Card or Driver's License, U.S. Passport, Military ID or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
ID's must be VALID.
ID's CANNOT BE EXPIRED!
Copies or pictures of your ID's are not accpetable. You must have the actual physical ID with you.
The names on the documents MUST match those on your ID.
Signing dates will be for the day of signature - No pre or post dating on the signature lines or the notarial act.
No falsifying of documents will be tolerated!!
Do not sign your documents until you are in front of the Notary!
